RETURNS:

How to know if an item is eligible for returns?

It is our endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible.

Returns within 7 working days of the package having been delivered will be accepted only under the circumstances listed below. No other requests will be entertained aside from those mentioned below:

  1. Wrong product received
  2. Damaged product received

 

If you are returning the product, please ensure the following:

  1. The product should be in an undamaged condition if you received the wrong product.
  2. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
  3. Details such as order number, images of the damaged product, etc. or any other customer concerns need to be emailed to nivosfarm@gmail.com 
  4. In the case of a defect in the product in terms of its quality, the authorised representatives of The Traditional Way shall evaluate the products and on inspection thereon, shall re-ship the said order if and only if there is a material defect in the product in terms of its quality per se

 

What is the process to return a product?

  1. You need to inform us by email at nivosfarm@gmail.com within 7 working days of the parcel having been delivered, stating the reason for the return and with your order number as the subject line. If we are not informed within 7 working days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good
  2. Please await a mail confirmation from our end to initiate the return
  3. Please seal the package properly and courier it to us at:
    1008, 5, Mastermind, Royal Palms Estate, Aarey Colony, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400065
    Please ensure the package is properly sealed at that point as safe delivery is your responsibility.
  4. Once we receive the product it will take 2-3 working days for us to do a quality check and then we will get in touch with you by email. You can either choose to have the money refunded or take store credits. If you choose a refund, the money will be returned to you within 15 business days from the reception of the product at The Traditional Way.
